Animating History

About the podcast

Animating History introduces research about the American past. Historians, writers, and producers contribute through interviews. Shorter pieces also examine major events and the circumstances of everyday people. The project accompanies a wider collection that includes animated historical films. Its focus is on unusual stories and new scholarship that can broaden familiar accounts of United States history.
