Behind the Bookshelves

About the podcast

Behind the Bookshelves is AbeBooks' series about books and the people connected with them. Episodes revisit well-known authors alongside works that have fallen from view. Publishing houses, libraries, and bookshops also enter the conversation. The program is interested in the stories surrounding a book as well as its contents. It offers a broad literary curiosity that extends from writing and collecting to the places where books circulate.
