Saga Thing

About the podcast

Saga Thing explores the Icelandic sagas. Two professors of medieval literature host the series. The conversations connect literary works with medieval history. They consider Viking lives beyond the familiar image of raiding and warfare. Humor accompanies the discussion of these old stories and their worlds.
