About the podcast

Jack Aldane hosts authors and commentators in conversations about their latest work. The program’s distinctive setting is the restaurant chosen by a guest. Books and developing ideas supply the focus of the discussion. Its subjects range across fiction, cultural argument, and public debate. The format connects literary conversation with the more informal surroundings of a meal.
