The Women's Current

About the podcast

The Women’s Current brings women from different generations into conversation about the forces shaping their lives. Sylvia Beckerman hosts alongside a younger co-host, with perspectives that sometimes converge and sometimes differ. Guests discuss identity, ambition, relationships, health, and the experience of aging. Conversations also ask whose voices are heard and how women gain agency in their communities. The archive includes author interviews and the earlier Sylvia & Me series.
